Accounts Payable Supervisor

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | On-Site

A well-established and financially stable organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AP function and supervise a team in a collaborative, professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys mentoring staff, improving processes, and working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Accounts Payable staff
• Oversee high-volume, full-cycle AP operations
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment and vendor issues
• Monitor AP workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
• Assist with month-end and year-end AP-related activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate Accounts Payable experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing at least 3 team members
• Experience working in a high-volume AP environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships across multiple departments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
